  • you are pregnant
  • you are diabetic
  • you want to treat white or red hair
  • you have very dark skin or black skin
  • you have a wound, a burn or an infected skin
  • you have been sunburnt less than 1 month ago
  • you have a skin lesion which needs a medical consultation
  • you have some skin area with marks such as birth mark, skin stains, warts etc
  • you have moles : if the are localised on a zone you wish to depilate, they will have to be covered by a Patch (included with the E-One)
  • you have a skin disease (eczema, inflammation, redness, acne…)

Precautions for use

Usage precautions with the E-One and with Intense pulsed light technology.
  • This device is designed for a personal use at home only and not for professional purposes.
  • One pair of Safety Glasses is included with the E-One - theses glasses must be worn during the use of the device. If other persons are close to you during the use of the machine, they will also have to wear some Safety Glasses (You can buy extra pair of Safety Glasses on E-One online shop).
  • When the E-One is used, it shouldn’t come into contact with the hair from the scalp region or the area around the safety glasses (eg. eyebrow, eyelashes cannot be flashed with the E-One). Please also ensure that clothes and other objects to not get in the way as well. The Applicator Head should never touch the Safety Glasses during use.
  • Your skin should be clean and dry and cleansed of any cosmetic product when using the E-One
  • Only the Optical Gel provided by E-Swin guarantees an efficient and a safe use of the E-One.
  • Keep out of the reach of children

Inefficiency factors

Certain individuals are born as red phototype I ("red hair" type). As adults, these individuals may experience a reduction of this essentially orange colour. Nevertheless, the melanin structure of this hair retains characteristics that render light technologies ineffective for hair removal.
