Delivery terms for products (the E-One device) and for Accessories that are ordered with an E-One pack

You may when you place your order opt for Standard or Next Day Delivery:

Standard delivery

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays

If your product is indicated on the site as being in stock at our warehouse and you place your order before 2pm then this choice of delivery will allow you to receive your package in 48 hours of placing your order. (If your order is received after 2pm then your order will be treated as having been placed the next working day)

Please note that, since Parcel Force does not deliver on weekends, if your order is placed on a Friday it will be delivered to you on the following Tuesday, provided that your product is in stock at our warehouse.
 

Next Day delivery

Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays

If your product is indicated on the site as being in stock at our warehouse and you place your order before 2pm then this choice of delivery allows you to receive your package the following working day after you placed your order. (If your order is received later than 2pm then it will be treated as having been placed the next working day)

Please note that, since Parcel Force does not deliver on weekends, if your order is placed on a Friday it will be delivered to you on the following Monday, provided that your product is in stock at our warehouse.
 
 E-Swin will endeavour to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.

If you do not receive your package within 24 hours of the date of delivery please let us know so that we can carry out an investigation with the courier. Please note that the investigation may take several days upon receipt of your claim, during which time no reimbursement will take place.
 
Please note also that for security reasons, all orders paid by bank card are verified by E-Swin. Complementary information may be requested, or demanded, in order to validate your purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause; however, these measures are taken to protect our clients from possible fraud associated with bank cards.
 
To avoid unnecessary delay therefore, when you place your order please try to be as accurate as possible on the information you give us.

Next Day delivery Monday to Saturday, excluding public and bank holidays

If your product is indicated on the site as being in stock at our warehouse and you place your order before 2pm then this choice of delivery allows you to receive your package the following working day after you placed your order. (If your order is received later than 2pm then it will be treated as having been placed the next working day)
